Artist Statement:

I make the art that makes me happy. Right now, that’s working with metal. Maybe in a few years it will be painting, or knitting. My practice is, like my person, constantly forming itself over and over again. I take inspiration from the life I live: the small moments and the large. There is art in the quiet conversations had with friends, there is art in community, there is art in grief and love. I am privileged to live it and even more so to take and transform it into something physical.
